I recently stayed at the Grand Imawan Hotel as a transit stop before heading to the capital city. While the exterior of the hotel and the lobby were appealing, my room left much to be desired. it felt average at best. Unfortunately, I noticed that the cleanliness was lacking, especially under the bed and in the corridor. The breakfast experience was also disappointing, with average food and an unacceptable view of a trash bin while I ate.
